Quilts for Broncos
On April 6th, 2018 the Humboldt Broncos junior hockey team players
and staff were traveling to a play-off game when their team bus was
involved in a collision with a semi-truck trailer in rural Saskatchewan. The
incident and aftermath has left a void in Saskatchewan and communities across
Canada. The Saskatoon Modern Quilt Guild has put out a Quilters Call to Action for Quilts for Broncos. They are asking for quilters to make blocks, quilt tops or finished quilts.
